Kindlings - Steiner parent & child
The space, as with the rhythm and content of the parent and child group, will be based on the philosophies of Emmi Pickler and Rudolf Steiner. There will be a clear breathing in and breathing out in the sessions and a simplistic natural feel to the room. We will enjoy a craft activity with a safe,loving space for play, a warm shared meal, ring time and seasonal walk together to end.

Frome PANDAS Tea, Chat & Play
Warm and friendly drop-in group for parents or expectant parents who are struggling with low mood, anxiety or depression. Children are welcome, toys/activities available, private room for feeding and changing babies, tea/coffee/ biscuits and a safe, private place to relax in a non judgemental atmosphere. Free but small donations welcome. 9:30-11:30am.

A friendly pre-school playgroup held in Trudoxhill Village hall every term time Tuesday between 9:45am and 11:45am. Each week we explore a different theme through craft, story and song. Lots of space for play even on rainy days and a garden for when the sun's out. £2 per child (or discounted if a member). Everyone very welcome.

Children's Yoga
Children's yoga classes for children aged 3-5 year to explore themselves through the breath, postures through stories, games, meditation and relaxation. This class gives children the opportunity to explore their bodies, thoughts and feelings, finding finding moments of stillness in the busy world we live building skills of awareness and self love to take into life. 4pm at Pure Moves.
