We are martial arts schools that teach engaging martial arts lessons alongside a highly successful life skills programme that has a strong emphasis on confidence, self control, discipline and respect.

Day: Every Friday (and throughout school holidays)
Mighty Matts (3-6 years old): 5pm - 5:45pm
Family (7 years +): 6pm - 7pm
