Fiona Willis is local doula. She is passionate about supporting women in their choices around birth, and this has led her to offering her skills for birth support or doula service.
Fiona offers a bespoke service including antenatal support, Shiatsu, birth preparation for couples using Active Birth and Birthing from Within techniques, and birth support or doula service. She is also available postnatally to offer support and help with getting breastfeeding off to a good start. Fiona has supported birthing women both at home and in hospital, and she is also a NHS trained breastfeeding peer supporter.
As well as having trained with many leading birth professionals, including Michel Odent, Janet Balaskas, Pam England, Mary Cronk, Suzanne Yates, Penny Simkin, and Diane Garland, Fiona continues to study and explore all aspects of pregnancy, birth and early parenting, and has a large collection of books and DVD's about pregnancy and birth, and other helpful tools that her clients are welcome to borrow.
